Our schedule of CDM services to Principal contractors are as follows:
1. Ensure the F10 Project Notification has been compiled and is displayed at
the project location [Regulation 7 (6) (c)].
2. Assist with the compilation of the Construction Phase Health and Safety plan
[Regulation 16] containing project relevant specific information [Regulation
15 (4)].
3. Evaluate Sub Contractor competence by review of requested information and/or
documentation as requested [Regulations 8 (3) and 9 (3)] (if requested).
4. Assist the Principal Contractor in the compilation of relevant information
and/or documentation for inclusion in the project Health and Safety file regulation
16 (e) (ii) (if requested).
