Job description:

Experienced Health and Safety professional to carry out all normal aspects of a General Practitioner. The position is open to Health and Safety Professionals with experience in consultancy work or Safety Professionals interested in developing their career. An ability to work on own initiative will be necessary.
The scope of the work will involve the following:

• Regular Safety Audits and Inspections;
• Accident / Incident investigations;
• CDM Surveys and Planning Supervisor work;
• Lecturing and carrying out Training Courses;
• Safety Management Meetings;
• Co-ordinating Clients Safety Management Programmes.
  

Salary:

Negotiable based on experience and overall commitment. In addition to salary, Consultants receive a very good royalty and bonus package. Qualifications:

NEBOSH qualified or equivalent. Membership of IIRSM or IOSH preferred. A minimum of 5 years experience in the Construction and Civil Engineering Industry is required. All applicants must hold a full drivers licence. Persons with less experience could be considered providing they can show good aptitude and ability subject to a commitment to becoming qualified.
